Discover Monticello's Calendar lists community events that are Free and are no cost to attend for the general public. Commercial and for-profit events are not listed as a public service on the calendar. Non-profit organizations that sponsor events for which proceeds go back to charitable causes may submit their events for consideration.Please use the Monticello Community Calendar Form to submit your event or calendar listing. WAYS TO SUBMIT YOUR CALENDAR LISTING:
Type up your event information as a Word document and email it back as an attachment to: DiscoverMonticello(at)DesignforPrint.com with the subject line Discover Monticello Calendar.
Or print the PDF version of the form and fax it toll Free to our office: 1-888-351-1653.
By email if you are unable to open a Word document on your computer however, you MUST include the following information in your submitted calendar listing: Name of Event, Date of event, Time it starts and ends, physical location of event or street address, purpose of event or 1-2 paragraphs describing it and website address if applicable.
You will also need to include the sponsoring entity along with your contact information (name, phone number, email) in case we have any questions. Let us know if you would like us to list your name and phone number as a part if the calendar listing description.
